The Carousel of Happiness opened on Memorial Day in 2010, in dedication two U.S. Marines who lost their lives in Vitenam while serving with the Carousel’s Founder, Scott Harrison. Each year, we honor the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. Military with a ceremony at Noon on Memorial Day Monday. The Carousel of Happiness maintenance crew (our grease monkeys!) will be replacing a main gear set that is over a century old with a brand-new custom-fabricated gear set.  This part is expensive!!  But should keep us spinning smoothly for decades to come.   Consider making a donation to support our maintenance program!
